Le Marche is located on the East coast of Italy, sandwiched between the Appenines and the Adriatic, halfway down the boot. It is a scenically beautiful region in which a varied countryside is enriched with towns, villages, palaces, and churches, all of important architectural and artistic value. It thankfully remains untouched by mass tourism, and is the perfect destination for visitors searching for a taste of genuine Italy where the authentic culture has been preserved. Although the coastline has been popular for many years, much of the inland remains almost unspoilt, and relatively unknown outside of Italy.
